Butte School District Business Manager Mr. JR Richardson accepts $431,850 Quickstart Check from Governor Brian Schweitzer.
Butte School District will use the funds for lighting upgrades, boiler replacements and an Investment Grade Energy Audit at several schools including: Hillcrest, Kennedy,and Emerson Elementaries, Abraham Lincoln sSchool and Butte High School. These projects will generate an approximately over $30,000 energy savings annually. Congratulations to Mr. Richardson for his efforts in securing the funding and commitment to making Butte Schools more energy efficient.
